Please note that the wish list is intended as a price estimating tool – it is NOT confirmation of a rental reservation. After submitting your quote request, one of our event specialists will email you within 2-3 business days with a formal quote. Once you have reviewed the formal quote, you MUST contact us to confirm a reservation. Please do not submit a quote request for events taking place within one week; rather, call us at 1-800-560-3408.

Step 1 - Choose Your Rentals

Browse our extensive rental inventory. See something you like? Click the plus sign or the “Add to Wishlist” button to add it to your quote.

Step 2 - Submit Your Wishlist

To view your Wishlist, click on the clipboard icon in the bottom right-hand corner. Choose your event date(s) and fill in your contact and venue information. Don’t forget to hit “Submit”!

Step 3 - Get Your Custom Quote

After we receive your Wishlist, we will get back to you with a free quote ASAP. Once you sign your contract and put down a deposit, your items will be reserved for your event.

FAQ

  • The starting rate of $75 includes basic round-trip delivery to and pick-up from a loading dock, garage, or carport. If the delivery includes traversing steps, an elevator, or a reasonable walk from where we can park our delivery vehicle, there is an additional fee. Rates can also increase based on any of the following factors:

    - Distance from our warehouse or difficulty of delivery.

    - Order size and type of equipment.

    - Sunday and late-night deliveries/pick-ups.

  • Yes we can, for an additional labor fee. (Tents, stages, and dance floors are just a few of the items that will require set up.)

  • In almost all cases, our rental rates are based on a reasonable event period. We recognize that a 24-hour rental window may not make sense if your event occurs over the weekend. We consider Friday to Monday to be the same as a one-day rental. If your event is on a weekday, we will gladly deliver the day before and pick-up the day after your event for a one-day charge.

  • In the event that party rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

  • Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements.
