Tent Ballast Water Barrrels

Use Water Barrels to anchor that tent down when stakes just aren’t possible.

This is an alternative to traditional tent anchoring solutions and can only be used on our 20x20 frame tents. Our 20x20 frame tents have four tent legs requiring four Water Barrels.

The Water Barrels we use weight 660 pounds when filled with water providing more anchoring strength than your typical 55-gallon barrel at 220 pounds. With the use of the ratchet strap to the bottom of the barrel, open tents (no sides) can take up to 50 mph winds.

A water source is needed in close proximity to tent so the water barrels can be filled. It is the customers responsability to ensure there is an adiquit water source on site to fill the barrels.
