The starting rate of $75 includes basic round-trip delivery to and pick-up from a loading dock, garage, or carport. If the delivery includes traversing steps, an elevator, or a reasonable walk from where we can park our delivery vehicle, there is an additional fee. Rates can also increase based on any of the following factors:
- Distance from our warehouse or difficulty of delivery.
- Order size and type of equipment.
- Sunday and late-night deliveries/pick-ups.

Set up and breakdown services are available if you need our help to set up your equipment. Chair set up is .75 up and .75 down. So to set up and break down 100 chairs your fee would be $150. Tables are 1.50 up and 1.50 down, so set up and breakdown of 10 tables would be $30.00. We also can help set up your dance floor, stages and audio systems. These items are a bit trickier and you may need to talk to our staff about the details of the event to get a set up quote. Please keep in mind you are responsible for all of the items after we set them up. If weather is a factor and rentals are outdoor, please protect the equipment from damage or there could be damage fees.

In almost all cases, our rental rates are based on a reasonable event period. We recognize that a 24-hour rental window may not make sense if your event occurs over the weekend. We consider Friday to Monday to be the same as a one-day rental. If your event is on a weekday, we will gladly deliver the day before and pick-up the day after your event for a one-day charge.

In the event that party rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. We're here to help you create the perfect party setup.

Cash – Checks – Cashier’s Checks . (Checks must be received a week before your event unless prior arrangements are made.)

The prices listed on our website and price sheet are for a “one day” rental period, which typically covers one event use. We allow our customers to pickup their items (or have them delivered) the day before their event, and allow them to be returned the day after the event during our normal operating hours.
